How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to permanently delete your Everything Pregnancy account and all associated data, follow these steps in the mobile app.

Before you start

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your profile, pregnancy data, and subscription information cannot be recovered. Make sure you have exported or saved any information you need before proceeding.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open the Everything Pregnancy app on your phone and make sure you are logged in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab using the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Delete Account option (shown in red with the text “Permanently delete your account”).
  4. Tap Delete Account. A confirmation dialog will appear explaining that the action cannot be undone.
  5. Tap Continue (or the confirmation button) to proceed.
  6. Type the word DELETE in the confirmation field exactly as shown (all capital letters). This confirms that you want to permanently delete your account.
  7. Tap the final confirm button. Your account will be permanently deleted and you will be signed out of the app.

After deletion

Once your account is deleted, all your personal data, pregnancy tracking information, and subscription link to your account are removed from our systems. You can create a new account at any time by downloading the app again and signing up.
